About the Role

We are looking for high-level technical experts to bridge the gap between raw data and high-performing AI models. This role goes beyond simple labeling; it requires experts capable of structuring complex datasets and evaluating advanced Python code to train next-generation LLMs and agentic architectures. ou will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and refining datasets that def...ine how AI systems solve problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Dataset Architecture & Annotation: Design and implement high-quality annotation schemas; curate, structure, and validate complex datasets specifically for model training.

• Code Review & Evaluation: Critically assess Python code for logic, efficiency, and adherence to best practices, ensuring high-quality outputs for core agent models.

• Data Pipeline Contribution: Support the creation of pipelines for data extraction, preprocessing, and cleaning to ensure data integrity.

• Advanced Reasoning Tasks: Tackle advanced reasoning tasks in fields such as Data Science, Formal Logic, or Engineering to calibrate model outputs and provide gold-standard "ground truth" data for model calibration.

• Quality Assurance: Perform internal peer reviews to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and technical integrity.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Academic Excellence: Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Master’s or PhD program in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, AI, or a related technical field.

• Python Mastery: Strong programming skills in Python. Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and PyTorch is highly desirable.

• Hands-on Experience: At least 1 to 2 professional experiences (internships or full-time roles) in a technical environment. Experience in AI/ML research or industry projects is a strong plus.

• Data Structuring Skills: Proven ability to organize and structure raw data into training-ready formats is a plus (experience with annotation tools or custom data scripts is a plus).

• Language: Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) for professional communication and technical reporting.
