Job description

作为AI创新与赋能的核心岗位，负责将大模型、Agent及相关AI能力转化为诺亚可落地、可复制、可规模化的业务解决方案，支撑资产配置、投研、存续服务及其他核心业务的智能化升级。该岗位既需要持续洞察全球AI前沿演进，也需要立足业务一线，识别真正能够创造经营价值的应用机会。

岗位负责人需要主导高价值AI场景从0到1的方案设计、试点验证、组织协同与规模推广全过程，推动大型项目实现闭环落地，并将成熟经验沉淀为平台化能力、方法论和组织资产，持续放大AI对业务效率、服务体验与增长质量的综合价值。

As a core role for AI innovation and enablement, this position is responsible for converting large language models, AI agents, and related capabilities in...to practical, repeatable, and scalable business solutions for Noah.

The role supports the intelligent upgrade of key business domains including asset allocation, investment research, and post-investment servicing, while continuously identifying AI opportunities that create measurable business value.

The role owner is expected to lead the full lifecycle of high-value AI use cases from 0 to 1, including solution design, pilot validation, cross-functional alignment, and scaled rollout. This position also turns successful practices into reusable platform capabilities, operating methods, and organizational assets, thereby amplifying AI impact on efficiency, service quality, and growth outcomes across business lines.

主要职责 | Key Responsibilities

1、AI前沿洞察与技术判断 | AI Frontier Insight & Technology Judgement

• 深度跟踪全球大模型、Agent体系、多模态与企业级AI应用的演进趋势，建立对关键技术方向、产品范式与产业节奏的持续判断。

• 不止停留在工具层理解，而是从生产力重构、组织协同与业务链路变化的角度，研究AI能力如何转化为企业经营价值。

• 结合诺亚业务特征，对新技术进行筛选、评估与优先级排序，提出可执行的技术引入建议与阶段性落地路径。

• Track the evolution of global LLMs, agent systems, multimodal capabilities, and enterprise AI applications, and build sustained judgement on critical technology directions, product paradigms, and market timing.

• Go beyond tool-level understanding to examine how AI reshapes productivity, organizational collaboration, and business workflows, and translate this into enterprise value creation logic.

• Assess and prioritize emerging technologies in light of Noah business characteristics, and provide actionable recommendations on adoption strategy and phased implementation paths.

2、AI业务场景识别与孵化 | AI Use Case Identification & Incubation

• 深入理解诺亚核心业务场景，包括资产配置、投研、存续服务及其他关键经营链路，识别可由AI显著重构的高价值问题。

• 主导大型AI项目从0到1全过程，覆盖需求定义、方案设计、产品原型、试点验证、业务指标跟踪和闭环复盘，推动1万+用户规模项目成功落地。

• 将复杂技术能力翻译为清晰的业务语言，明确应用目标、价值假设、成功指标与资源投入，确保AI项目既先进又可落地。

• Develop a deep understanding of Noah core business scenarios, including asset allocation, investment research, post-investment servicing, and other critical operating workflows, and identify high-value problems that AI can fundamentally transform.

• Lead large-scale AI initiatives end to end from 0 to 1, covering problem definition, solution design, product prototyping, pilot validation, business KPI tracking, and closed-loop review, with the ability to land projects serving over 10,000 users.

• Translate complex technologies into clear business language by defining use-case objectives, value hypotheses, success metrics, and resource requirements, ensuring that AI programs are both innovative and executable.

3、跨部门赋能协同与规模化推广 | Cross-Functional Enablement & Scaled Adoption

• 与业务、产品、技术、运营等团队紧密协作，推动AI方案在组织内部形成共识、明确分工并高效执行。

• 将验证有效的解决方案沉淀为可复制的能力模块、标准流程或平台组件，降低重复建设成本，提升复用效率。

• 推动成熟AI能力在不同业务线复制扩展，带动组织整体的智能化升级，形成持续创新与规模化赋能机制。

• Work closely with business, product, technology, and operations teams to build internal alignment, clarify ownership, and drive efficient execution of AI solutions.

• Convert proven solutions into reusable capability modules, standard operating flows, or platform components, reducing duplicated effort and improving reuse efficiency.

• Scale mature AI capabilities across multiple business lines to accelerate enterprise-wide intelligent transformation and establish a repeatable enablement mechanism for continued innovation.

教育背景 / Education

• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、金融工程、数学、统计学或相关专业优先。

• Bachelor degree or above; majors in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines are preferred.

工作经验 / Experience

• 8年以上AI、数字化产品、智能化解决方案或相关领域工作经验，具备大模型或AI产品/解决方案落地经验。

• 8+ years of experience in AI, digital products, intelligent solutions, or related domains, with proven delivery experience in LLM- or AI-based products and solutions.

• 具备复杂业务场景中从0到1推动重点项目落地的经历，有万人级用户项目经验者优先。

• Proven record of driving complex projects from 0 to 1 in demanding business environments; experience with projects serving 10,000+ users is preferred.
