Responsibilities

• As a Gen AI Intern, you will be working with a team of Gen AI professionals who focus on developing, optimizing, and enhancing intelligent solutions using Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers

• You will develop skills and provide actionable insights to the business

• You’ll also gain railroad business knowledge in relation to Machine Learning models

• Design, develop, and help optimize internal LLM and GenAI agentic application

• Work on the latest models and changes in the technology

• Communicate results and implications to colleagues and business partners

• Schedule: Monday through Friday; 9AM -5PM

As an intern working within the Generative AI team, you’ll gain real life experience during your college academic career.

Skills Required

• 1+ years of experience with python required.

• Hands-on and theoretical knowledge of Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP or AI.

• Knowledge of one or more of the following, Python, including libraries such as Scikit-learn, PyTorch, Pandas, NumPy, spaCy, NLTK, and Matplotlib.

Skills Preferred:

• Skilled in SQL, NoSQL, Milvus, Pinecone, PGVector databases

• Exposure to agentic LLMs and knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph.

• NLP and AI/ML Frameworks, exposure with training NLP models from scratch, working with Large Language Models, and using libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, and Transformers.

Work Conditions

Location: Atlanta, GA

Environment: Hybrid (three days in office; two days remote)

Duration: 12 weeks

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 9AM -5PM
