Qualifications

• Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in security research or related fields

• Deep experience with cutting-edge offensive-security techniques
• Fluency across AI/ML infrastructure (data, training, inference, schedulers, accelerators) and ability to threat-model end-to-end
• Experience leading high-stakes security research programs with external sponsors (e.g., national-security or critical-infrastructure stakeholders)
• Ability to operate independently, align diverse teams, and deliver on tight timelines
• Clear and concise communication skills with experts and decision-makers
• Current security clearance is not mandatory, but being eligible for sponsorship is required
