Job description Optomi, in partnership with a leading organization driving AI and digital transformation, is looking for an AI Change Management Lead to spearhead critical initiatives integrating RPA and generative AI technologies.

Position Summary: The AI Change Management Lead will oversee end-to-end change management processes for AI-driven projects, including the rollout of a major internal rewards platform ...with internal and external implications.

This role involves developing adoption strategies, managing communication plans, and collaborating with enterprise teams to ensure successful implementation.

The consultant will also work closely with executives, providing tailored messaging and fostering AI literacy across the organization.
