AI SOFTWARE ENGINEER – AI & OPERATIONS

We are looking for a hands-on AI Software Engineer who can connect technology, AI, and business operations and build solutions from concept through full implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain AI-powered applications and software solutions
• Build AI-driven operational systems and workflows from start to finish
• Automate business processes across Sales, Marketing, Production, QC, Inventory, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Operations
• Integrate AI with CRM, e-commerce, ERP, databases, APIs, and other business platforms
• Develop AI solutions for fashion, e-commerce, customer service, content, reporting, and internal operations
• Analyze operational processes and identify opportunities for AI automation and efficiency improvement
• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and automated business intelligence workflows
• Test, troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve AI applications
• Correct system errors, bugs, workflow issues, and integration problems
• Manage deployment, VPS/server environments, APIs, and technical configurations
• Document systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Train employees across departments on AI tools, applications, and automated workflows
• Work directly with Management to translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
• Monitor system performance and continuously improve reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency
• Provide regular project, AI, and operations performance reports to Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Proven experience in AI development, software engineering, and business process automation
• Strong knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with AI APIs, LLMs, Claude, OpenAI, or similar platforms
• Experience with APIs, databases, backend systems, and third-party integrations
• Knowledge of Git, VPS/cloud environments, deployment, and cybersecurity
• Understanding of business operations and workflow automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Ability to manage projects from startup → development → testing → deployment → training → handover
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet agreed deadlines

• AI automation and intelligent workflow development
• E-commerce / Shopify
• CRM / ERP / Odoo / Zoho integrations
• AI-generated content and image workflows
• Business process automation
• VPS/cloud infrastructure
• Data analytics and automated reporting
