Role overview

As a full-time Senior Fullstack Developer, you’ll own features end-to-end across React, Node.js, Supabase, and AI-first workflows, influence architecture, and collaborate with the team. If you’re systems-oriented, self-driven, and excited by LLMs, GCP, and tools like Cursor, this is your chance to build cutting-edge products with real impact and room to grow.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality, AI-first features end-to-end across the stack using React, Node.js, Supabase, and related tools, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and user impact.

• Lead and influence architectural and design decisions, bringing a systems-oriented mindset to how services, data models, and AI-powered workflows fit together as the product scales.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues quickly across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers to keep the platform fast, stable, and secure.

• Uplevel the team by sharing best practices, pairing, and mentoring, helping others make better technical decisions and ship with confidence.

• Continuously explore and adopt new technologies (e.g., Cursor, GCP, Gemini/LLMs) to streamline development, boost efficiency, and push the product and platform forward.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a senior fullstack developer (5+ years) building and shipping production-ready features end-to-end using React and Node.js, with a systems-oriented, quality-focused mindset and a drive to go the extra mile in a fast-moving startup environment.

• Strong, hands-on skills with Supabase (3+ years), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and modern developer tools such as Cursor, with the ability to make sound architectural and design choices that keep the platform reliable, scalable, and efficient.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver AI-first features and workflows using Gemini (Google AI) or similar LLM-based platforms, with a passion for using new technologies to drive efficiency and unlock new product capabilities.

• Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex fullstack issues quickly across React, Node.js, Supabase, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high stability, performance, and reliability of the platform in a production environment.

• Collaborative, dedicated team player who is self-motivated, eager to share expertise, mentor other engineers, and actively contribute to the overall technical capability and culture of a remote, high-ownership startup team.
