Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience closing and managing partnerships with protocols, wallets, exchanges, custodians, or other Web3 infrastructure providers

  • AI leverages income-generating hardware to deliver stable, predictable yield to participants with the transparency and efficiency of decentralized finance
  • The RoleThe Foundation Director role calls for an experienced, high-agency leader to support, promote, and grow the USD
  • This role is primarily focused on (i) business development and partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem and adjacent AI infrastructure stakeholders, and (ii) service provider management, particularly overseeing the Foundation’s token reserve and protocol-support operations (liquidity, burn mechanics, treasury/cash management, market making, exchange relationships, and reporting)
  • The Director will work closely with partners, governance participants, and key vendors to ensure the Foundation executes reliably and credibly
  • Own and drive the Foundation’s ecosystem strategy: identify, cultivate, and close partnerships with DeFi protocols, wallets, exchanges, stablecoin platforms, infrastructure partners, and other relevant stakeholders
  • Plan and lead events to connect relevant stakeholders in support of knowledge sharing and relationship building
  • Represent the Foundation externally: speak at conferences, engage with key communities, and contribute to content that positions USD
  • AI as a credible, durable ecosystem
  • Create and manage a cadence for announcements, ecosystem updates, and governance communications with strong transparency standards
  • Support DAO governance processes with high integrity: ensure proposals are implementable and outcomes are communicated

• 7+ years in business development, partnerships, strategy, or operations in crypto/DeFi, fintech, or capital markets (Foundation/DAO ecosystem experience a plus).
