At ProcessIQTECH, we’re looking for an AI professional who can think strategically, identify business opportunities, and transform our ERP, CRM, and HRMS platforms into intelligent, AI-powered business solutions.

We’re not just looking to integrate AI into existing software.

We want someone who can identify where AI creates real business value, what should be implemented, and how to turn those ideas into scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Strategy & Roadmap: Develop an AI implementation roadmap for our ERP, CRM, and HRMS products, aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• AI Opportunity Identification: Analyze existing business workflows and identify opportunities for intelligent automation, predictive analytics, decision support, and operational efficiency.
• Product Innovation: Propose practical AI-powered features that differentiate our products and create a competitive advantage in the market.
• AI Solution Architecture: Evaluate and select suitable AI models, LLMs, APIs, AI agents, and integration approaches based on feasibility, cost, security, and scalability.
• Business Process Intelligence: Design AI use cases such as intelligent sales forecasting, lead scoring, automated HR insights, predictive reporting, and AI-assisted business decisions.
• Implementation & Execution: Translate AI strategies into actionable development plans, collaborate with engineering teams, and oversee implementation from concept to deployment.
• ROI & Performance Measurement: Define success metrics to measure business impact, productivity improvements, cost savings, and customer value.
• Responsible AI: Ensure appropriate data privacy, security, governance, accuracy, and human oversight across AI implementations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI applications.
• Ability to connect AI capabilities with real business challenges and product strategy.
• Experience evaluating AI tools, models, platforms, and implementation approaches.
• Understanding of APIs, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and enterprise software integration.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A practical mindset focused on delivering measurable business outcomes rather than implementing AI for the sake of trends.
