Location: Karachi, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and innovative AI Developer with 3–4 years of experience in building intelligent systems and deploying machine learning models. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced AI and machine learning solutions

• Implement, train, and fine-tune ML algorithms using real-world data

• Optimize and maintain existing AI models and pipelines

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams

• Research emerging technologies and propose innovative approaches

• Analyze model performance and improve accuracy, speed, and scalability

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in AI development

• Strong command of Python and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML projects (portfolio or GitHub links preferred)

• Deep understanding of machine learning principles, data preprocessing, and model evaluation

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities

Key Skills

• Advanced programming skills (Python, NumPy, Pandas, etc.)

• Expertise in machine learning and deep learning techniques

• Familiarity with AI model deployment and optimization

• Ability to debug and improve complex AI systems

• Critical thinking and innovation mindset
