Propstar Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Automation & Prompt Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, develop AI prompts for creative and technical outputs, and implement scalable AI systems aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI-powered automation solutions

• Analyze business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities

• Build, test, and refine AI workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability

• Develop and optimize AI prompts for generating visual content, motion graphics, and textual outputs

• Integrate AI systems with internal platforms, tools, and databases

• Monitor system performance and continuously improve automation efficiency

• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance within AI-driven processes

• Document automation logic, AI prompts, workflows, and system configurations

• Collaborate with creative and technical teams to produce AI-enhanced content and solutions

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI automation, prompt engineering, or related roles

• Strong proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI/automation tools

• Hands-on experience creating AI prompts for visual content, motion graphics, or text generation

• Experience with AI platforms, LLMs, or machine learning solutions

• Knowledge of system integrations and scalable architecture design

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and innovation-driven mindset

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms

• Knowledge of AI model optimization, NLP, or ML pipelines

• Exposure to cloud AI services (OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI, etc.)

• Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven environments
