Position: AI-First CRO Copywriter (D2C & Generative AI)

Compensation: AED 18, 000 - AED 22,000 per month + 10% Performance Bonus (Tax-Free)

Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site) with full relocation and visa support

• Master an AI-Native Toolbox.

While other companies are still manually drafting copy, you will be using generative AI to create and analyze a high volume of copy variants, dramatically increasing testing velocity and building a content engine that gets smarter over time.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in direct-response or conversion-focused copywriting, with a proven portfolio of results.

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience using generative AI tools in a professional marketing context to create and optimize content.

• Deep knowledge of CRO principles, A/B testing methodologies, and data analysis.

• Proficiency in prompt engineering: An ability to guide AI to produce on-brand, persuasive, and contextually relevant content that meets specific conversion goals.

• An analytical and experimental mindset, with a passion for using data to find what works and an eagerness to test new ideas and technologies.

• Familiarity with AI-powered testing platforms/dashboards and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

• Exceptional editing skills and a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring AI-generated content meets the highest standards of quality, clarity, and brand voice.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and adapting quickly to new tools and processes.

Your 90-Day Objective:

Your mission begins on Day 1.

You will achieve a critical, measurable outcome that delivers a big impact on the business:

• Deliver at least ONE validated A/B test winner on a key landing page or funnel step that achieves a statistically significant uplift in Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) or Add-to-Cart Rate.
