In this role, you will:

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience

Talents Needed for Success:

• 10+ years of experience in technology, risk management, governance, or related fields, preferably within financial services.

• Strong understanding of AI concepts, model lifecycles, and associated risk domains (e.g., model risk, data risk, privacy, cyber, operational risk).

• Proven track record to review, challenge, and influence sophisticated initiatives while balancing innovation with risk and control requirements.

• Experience working across enterprise governance processes, including issue management, policy development, and executive reporting.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills, with the ability to synthesize sophisticated topics for non experts plus audit, and regulatory audiences

Highly Preferred

• Direct experience supporting or partnering with AI governance, model risk management, data governance, or emerging technology oversight functions.

• Familiarity with enterprise portfolio governance, metrics, and board-level reporting.

• Experience operating in fast-paced, lean teams with high visibility and accountability.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.

About the Team

Serves as a dedicated technology resource for advancing DTCC's business opportunities and providing industry thought leadership for leveraging new technology.

The goal of this new department is to partner internally with IT, our business and regulatory divisions and externally with clients, regulators, and fintech vendors, to help build new platforms and business models to advance DTCC's mission to support the financial markets.
