AI Specialist (Automation & Workflow Enablement)

As we scale, we are investing heavily in AI-driven systems, automation, and workflow optimization to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and enhance delivery across all departments.

We are hiring an AI Specialist who can identify, implement, and optimize AI solutions across operations, recrui...tment, marketing, and client services.

This role is hands‑on.

You will not just suggest tools—you will build, test, deploy, and train teams on real AI workflows.

What You Will Own

• Identify AI tools that eliminate manual work and improve output quality

• Build and deploy automations using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, and similar platforms

• Design AI‑powered workflows for recruitment, onboarding, lead generation, and reporting

• Create prompt systems that deliver consistent, high‑quality outputs

• Train internal teams on AI usage and best practices

• Collaborate with leadership to scale AI adoption across departments

• Continuously test, measure, and improve AI performance and efficiency

• Support internal AI initiatives such as chatbots, knowledge bases, and data enrichment

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in AI tools, automation, or workflow optimization

• Strong working knowledge of tools such as ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, Notion AI, Claude, or similar

• Proven ability to build real automations (not just theoretical knowledge)

• Experience applying AI in business functions (operations, recruiting, marketing, or admin)

• Strong communication skills—able to train non‑technical team members

• High ownership mindset—able to work independently and execute without constant supervision

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Experience in offshoring, staffing, or BPO environments

• Experience using AI for recruitment, sourcing, or resume screening

• Familiarity with CRM or project tools (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.)

• Experience building dashboards or reporting systems

• 100% Remote

• Full‑Time

• $8–$10/hour
