Job description Experience Strategist / UX Research (AI Transformation)

We are hiring an Experience Strategist / UX Researcher to help drive AI-enabled transformation across marketing, distribution, and operational workflows.

This role will focus on discovering opportunities for AI, improving workflows, and designing future-state experiences that create measurable business impact.

Ideal for someone who thrives... in fast-moving environments, solves ambiguous problems, and communicates complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify AI-powered opportunities across marketing, distribution, and institutional workflows

• Conduct workflow discovery and UX research to uncover improvement opportunities

• Translate insights into future-state service and experience concepts

• Develop frameworks, maps, and narratives to bring clarity to complex problems

• Collaborate with design, product, AI, engineering, marketing, and operations teams

• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions

Key Deliverables

• Current-state workflow and experience assessments

• AI opportunity maps and prioritization frameworks

• Journey maps and service blueprints

• Future-state AI-enabled experience concepts

• Storyboards and AI use case narratives

• Executive-ready presentations and strategic insights

Required Skills

• 5–7+ years in Experience Strategy, UX Research, Service Design, or Digital Strategy

• Experience identifying AI-enabled product or workflow opportunities

• Strong expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting, JTBD, and workflow analysis

• Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills

• Tools: PowerPoint, Figma, Mural

Preferred

• Experience working in large, complex organizations

• Background in financial services, investments, or institutional platforms
