We are looking for a motivated individual to support growth marketing, community building, and event operations.

This is an internship opportunity....

Key Responsibilities

Create marketing content and campaigns using AI tools

Support growth of LinkedIn and community channels

Drive registrations for workshops and programs

Assist in planning and managing in-person events in Dubai

Develop partnerships with universities and professional communities

Track weekly performance metrics (leads, registrations, conversions)

Support implementation of marketing automation workflows

This is a hands-on role with exposure to startup operations and revenue-driven growth.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline)

Based in Dubai or available to attend in-person events

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva, automation tools)

Organized and comfortable working with measurable targets

Interest in startups, technology, and community building

Compensation

Fixed monthly stipend

Performance-based commission linked to program enrollments

Additional performance incentives tied to event outcomes

Compensation structure includes both a base stipend and variable performance incentives.

Job Description:

• Leading the digital transform...ation initiatives across multiple businesses under the group.

• Ensuring the discovery sessions with business teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements.

• Writing custom code (Python, JavaScript, APIs) when off-the-shelf tools don't fit

• Configuring and customizing SaaS platforms (Shopify, Jobber, Airtable, Retool, etc.)

• Minimum 4 years’ of UAE experience designing and managing complex, multi-step workflows using Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and OAuth; capable of reading technical documentation and integrating virtually any system efficiently.

• Proficient in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable scripts
