Responsibilities

  • Agentic System Support: Collaborate with Employee Success and Salesforce teams to implement and test Agentforce agents that provide personalized, AI-driven support to employees 24/7
  • Data-Driven Insights: Bring a data driven agentic view to Human Resources
  • Innovation Projects: Partner with cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen tools and workflows that enhance employee experience using AI and automation
  • Employee Experience Design: Support initiatives that deliver scalable, proactive, and intelligent employee support, using Agentforce to reduce friction and empower self-service
  • Knowledge Sharing: Present findings and recommendations to Employee Success leadership, highlighting actionable insights and AI-driven enhancements

We are seeking a forward-thinking AI & People Analytics Intern to help transform how we support and empower employees using data-driven insights and agentic AI systems.

In this role, you will explore the intersection of people, data, and intelligent automation, leveraging Salesforce Agentforce to design innovative ways to enhance the employee experience—from onboarding to career growth and engagement.
