VIDEO PRODUCTION, VIDEO EDITING & AI VIDEO GENERATION SPECIALIST

School of Growth Global is seeking a highly creative and technologically proficient Video Production and AI Video Generation Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for producing professional video content, institutional documentaries, educational videos, promotional campaigns, interviews and digital media productions.

This position requires competence in traditional video production and editing, alongside professional AI-powered video creation skills.

A. Video Production

• Plan, shoot and produce professional video content.
• Handle camera operations, lighting, sound and video recording.
• Produce institutional documentaries, interviews and promotional videos.
• Record educational lessons, lectures, presentations and training sessions.
• Develop video concepts and production scripts.
• Coordinate video production for institutional campaigns and events.

B. Professional Video Editing

• Edit raw video footage into professional, engaging productions.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading and audio enhancement.
• Add motion graphics, animations, subtitles and transitions.
• Produce short-form and long-form videos.
• Create content optimised for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Ensure high-quality audio-visual output.

C. AI Video Generation and Production

• Use professional AI video-generation platforms to create realistic and engaging videos.
• Produce AI-generated presenter videos, educational explainers and promotional content.
• Create realistic AI avatars and digital presenters.
• Generate videos using text-to-video and image-to-video technologies.
• Develop AI-powered videos featuring realistic human movements, expressions and environments.
• Create AI-generated voiceovers and synchronised lip-sync videos.
• Integrate AI-generated scenes with professionally recorded footage.
• Use AI tools to improve production efficiency, storytelling and visual quality.
• Maintain consistency in character appearance, voice and institutional identity.
• Stay updated on emerging AI video-generation technologies.

Required Technical Competencies

Candidates should demonstrate practical knowledge of:

• Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Adobe After Effects.
• DaVinci Resolve or equivalent professional editing software.
• CapCut or other advanced editing applications.
• Runway.
• Kling AI.
• Google Veo.
• Sora or comparable AI video-generation technologies.
• ElevenLabs or equivalent AI voice-generation platforms.
• AI avatar and lip-sync technologies.

Equivalent professional tools are acceptable.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrable video production and editing experience.
• Professional understanding of cinematography and storytelling.
• Practical experience with AI-generated video production.
• Ability to create realistic AI videos and digital presenters.
• Knowledge of professional audio and visual production.
• Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is compulsory.

Important: Applicants must demonstrate both video editing and AI video-generation capabilities.

Basic video editing alone is insufficient for this position.
