Based in Boston in a hybrid environment, this newly created position offers the opportunity to drive firmwide adoption of Artificial Intelligence and play a key role in shaping innovation strategy.

This role will help develop and execute the change management and communications strategy for AI ...initiatives, collaborate on RFP responses and client questionnaires, support outside counsel guidelines related to AI and technology, establish communication processes, partner with subject matter experts to build AI-focused plans and content, and work closely with Marketing to create impactful materials.

Candidates should have five or more years of experience in change management or communications development, prior IT experience preferred, a strong track record running successful change communications programs, expertise in AI and change management best practices, and proficiency with IT service lifecycle frameworks such as ITIL, Six Sigma, or TQM.
