## Requirements

Manage and direct the activities of the organization's Finance Information Systems (IS) team, establishing Finance IS standards and overseeing short- and long-term Finance IS planning and design. ## Software Discipline, Architecture & AI Delivery
- Partners with IT and AI Center of Excellence teams to define Finance priorities for AI solutions and data products.
- Establishes robust monitoring, auditability, and validation frameworks to manage risks associated with Finance systems and processes.

## Team Development & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Inspires, mentors, and empowers a team of Finance Information Systems employees, providing technical leadership, clear accountability, and performance coaching.
- Collaborates with senior Finance, IT, and administrative leaders to prioritize technology backlogs, allocate development resources, and manage risk profiles.
- Drives change management initiatives across the Finance division to build institutional AI literacy and encourage user adoption of automated tools.

## Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a quantitative/finance field.
- Minimum eight (8) years of progressive experience in software technology, AI/ML environments, intelligent automation, or technology execution within finance or complex enterprise environments.
- Minimum five (5) years of direct team leadership experience building, mentoring, and managing high-performing Information Systems teams.
- Proven track record of leading and deploying system automations, technology-driven process improvements, AI, and automated workflows into enterprise financial platforms.

- Establish Agile ways of working across the program, creating a consistent approach to prioritization, planning, delivery, reviews, and measurement across multiple technical workstreams.
- Drive end-to-end delivery across the Frontier AI portfolio, connecting onboarding, testing, validation, remediation, retesting, and longer-term integration into repeatable cybersecurity capabilities.

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities across our full portfolio of AI, data, identity, audience, and marketing solutions.

This person will research target accounts, conduct outbound prospecting, respond to inbound interest, qualify potential customers, and schedule meetings for company leadership and senior sales representatives. Baker Tilly is seeking a Head of AI Design to lead the design of AI-powered products that enable professionals to collaborate confidently and effectively with AI agents. We have a permanent, full-time opportunity for an innovative and collaborative Manager, Technology Services (AI & Digital Governance).

Reporting to the Director, Data & AI, the Manager leads the responsible adoption and ongoing use of AI and digital tools across YVR. The role translates governance requirements into practical guardrails and controls, including permitted data use, access controls, approval processes, usage monitoring and cost management. Drawing on a strong understanding of digital tools and their capabilities, the Manager oversees the implementation and ongoing effectiveness of these controls, while leading change management, user enablement and related budgets to support safe, effective and financially sustainable use.

## Key responsibilities include

## Summary of role

All of Mercor’s AI work, from training and serving models to building agents, runs on GPUs. Your job is to make that compute fast, fault-tolerant and fully utilized.

You’ll own the accelerator platform end to end. That means the clusters and schedulers across AWS, GCP, neoclouds and on-prem, the training and LLM serving on top, and the observability and cost data that show where every GPU-hour goes.

This is a software engineering role, not an ops role. You’ll write production code every day, own systems from design through on-call, and build the platform that sets how fast Mercor can move.

## Representative projects
- Stand up a multi-cloud GPU fleet spanning hyperscalers, neoclouds and on-prem, orchestrated through custom Kubernetes and Slurm operators so researchers never have to think about where their job lands.
- Build a scheduling layer with gang scheduling, bin-packing and fair-share quotas that measurably raises accelerator utilization across teams.
- Ship a high-throughput vLLM serving stack with prefill/decode disaggregation, KV cache offload and FP8/FP4 quantization. Back it with a benchmarking and traffic-replay harness that tracks TTFT, TPOT and latency percentiles against per-config baselines.
- Build a self-healing health-check and remediation system that rides out fault storms across hardware, network and software without paging a human.
