About the Role

Adan Institute of Technology is seeking a highly motivated and industry-experienced Artificial Intelligence Trainer to deliver hands-on training in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) under a structured, employability-focused program.

The trainer will be responsible for preparing students for real-world AI roles through practical implementation, industry projects, and professional mentoring aligned with modern AI development practices and Microsoft Azure AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1- Deliver instructor-led training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning

2- Conduct practical sessions covering Python programming, Data Analysis, and Model Development

3- Train students on end-to-end Machine Learning pipelines including:

• Data preprocessing & exploratory data analysis

• Model training, testing & evaluation

• Deployment concepts

4- Teach Natural Language Processing (NLP) including:

• Text preprocessing

• POS tagging & Named Entity Recognition

• Word embeddings & sequence models

5- Deliver hands-on training using:

• Scikit-learn

• NumPy & Pandas

• TensorFlow / PyTorch / Keras

6- Train students in Deep Learning architectures such as:

• Neural Networks

• CNNs

• RNNs, LSTM & GRU models

7- Guide students in industry-based final projects

8- Support learners in CV development, portfolio building, and job readiness

9- Conduct assessments, assignments, and final evaluations

10- Integrate Microsoft Azure AI Services and cloud-based AI solutions

11- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and academic documentation

Required Skills & Expertise

1- Strong command over Python for AI & Data Science

2- Practical experience in Machine Learning & Deep Learning

Experience with:

• Scikit-learn

• TensorFlow or PyTorch

• NLP frameworks (NLTK / SpaCy)

Understanding of:

• Statistics & Probability for ML

• Model evaluation techniques

• Feature engineering

3- Experience deploying or working with Azure AI / Cloud ML services preferred

4- Ability to teach complex concepts in a simplified, practical manner

Qualification Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

• Computer Science

• Artificial Intelligence

• Data Science

• Software Engineering

• or related field

Minimum 2–3 years relevant industry or teaching experience

Prior training or academic delivery experience preferred

Preferred Candidate Profile

Strong mentoring and classroom management skills

Industry exposure in AI/ML projects

Passion for teaching and student development

Experience supervising capstone or employable projects

Ability to train beginners transitioning into AI careers
