Qualifications
- 7+ years of DevOps experience, including leadership experience in a cloud-native SaaS environment
- Demonstrated technical leadership or team lead experience in production environments
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, reliability, and operational best practices
- Experience applying FinOps principles to optimize cost, performance, and scalability
- Proven ability to support enterprise-grade, high-availability systems
- Experience participating in on-call or rotational shift coverage
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across infrastructure and deployments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Linux administration expertise (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and infrastructure management
- Expertise in container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift
- Hands-on automation experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform
- Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and Pulsar
- Strong knowledge of version control tools including GitLab, GitHub, SVN, and Bitbucket
- Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Hyperic, Nagios, Cacti, Munin, and Ganglia + Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch APM, PingDom & Nagios
- Experience with Java deployments, Apache Tomcat, and HTTP Server
- Strong scripting skills using Python, Shell, Groovy, and PowerShell
- MLOps experience including model deployment, lifecycle management, pipeline automation, and monitoring
- MongoDB, Qdrant, PostGress
