• Over 5 years working experience and 3-4 years in Business Analysis and 1-2 years Artificial Inteligence/ Machine Learning domain with sound undersatanding.

This role involves engaging with AI vendors, assessing their solutions, and driving adoption by securing buy-in from key decision-makers across the organization.

The ideal candidate is both technically proficient and business-savvy, with strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate reports to the Head of Data Management & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Explore AI Solutions: Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and vendor offerings to identify solutions that align with the bank's objectives.

• Vendor Management: Engage and build relationships with AI vendors, evaluating their solutions for potential implementation within the bank.

• Business Alignment: Work closely with business units, technology teams, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, recommending AI solutions that drive value.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Present AI solutions to business and technology leaders, articulating the benefits and potential impact on banking operations.

• Influence & Persuasion: Drive adoption by obtaining buy-in from stakeholders, addressing concerns, and demonstrating the value proposition of AI technologies.

• Implementation Support: Collaborate with relevant teams to facilitate the onboarding, integration, and execution of selected AI solutions.

• Performance Monitoring: Assess the success and effectiveness of implemented AI solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver expected outcomes.

• Compliance & Risk Considerations: Work with compliance, risk, and legal teams to ensure AI solutions adhere to regulatory and internal policies.

• Increase AI Adoption - To guide organization through critical steps of AI Adoption Journey e.g. conduct AI related training, arrange brown bag sessions etc.

• Lead discovery sessions that help organisations identify high impact operation challenges that can be solved by AI

• This role involves overseeing the implementation of all AI use cases.

• Track and update management on the AI business benefits

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM5, RM8,000.00 per month
