Job description

You will be responsible for implementing AI tools, automation workflows, and AI agents to improve business processes and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and automating business processes using AI tools

• Building and managing AI agents, chatbots, and workflows

• Integrating AI solutions with systems like CRM, LMS, and marketing tools

• Monitoring, optimizing, and... maintaining automation performance

• Analyzing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort

• Staying updated with the latest AI and automation trends

• Providing basic training/support to teams on implemented tools

Qualifications required for this role include:
