Our client Edversity is hiring a Instructor AI Solutions Engineer Program in Islamabad.

About Edversity

Edversity is building outcome-driven technology education programs that help learners gain practical, job-relevant skills in emerging fields such as AI, Blockchain, Cybersecurity, Data, and Cloud.

Our programs are designed around hands-on learning, real projects, mentorship, and employability.

We are now launching a 13-week AI Solutions Engineer Specialization, focused on helping learners build, ship, and present real AI products using modern AI tools and workflows.

About the Role

We are looking for a part-time AI Solutions Engineer Instructor who has real hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems.

This is not a theory-based teaching role.

We are looking for someone who has actually built LLM applications, RAG systems, AI agents, automation workflows, or AI-powered products, and can teach beginners how to build them step by step.

The instructor will lead live online sessions, guide learners through weekly projects, review their work, and help them complete a strong final capstone project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 6 hours of live online sessions per week across the 13-week cohort

• Teach learners how to build practical AI applications using Python and modern AI tools

• Guide students through weekly hands-on projects, including LLM apps, RAG systems, AI agents, and deployed AI products

• Review student GitHub projects and provide clear, practical, real-world feedback

• Support learners in completing a deployed final capstone project

• Help students build a portfolio that demonstrates practical AI engineering skills

• Keep the learning approach simple, practical, and outcome-focused: “show me it runs”

What We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate should have:

• Real hands-on experience building and shipping LLM-based applications

• Strong Python skills

• Practical experience with modern AI tools and frameworks, including LLM APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, agents, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar tools

• Understanding of the production side of AI systems, including evaluation, guardrails, deployment, and reliability

• A public GitHub, portfolio, or deployed AI product that demonstrates actual work

• The ability to explain complex ideas in a simple and beginner-friendly way

• Patience, clarity, and a strong interest in helping learners build real projects

Nice to Have

• Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience

• Freelance, startup, or client experience building AI solutions for businesses

• Experience deploying AI applications using tools such as FastAPI, Streamlit, Next.js, Docker, Vercel, Render, AWS, GCP, or similar platforms

• Experience reviewing student or junior developer projects

This Role Is Not For

This role is not suitable for candidates whose AI experience is limited only to certificates, tutorials, short courses, or academic assignments without any real project, product, deployment, GitHub work, or client-facing implementation.

Program Details

• Format: Online, part-time

• Program duration: August to October 2026

• Demo sessions: July 2026

• Weekly commitment: Approximately 6 live hours per week, plus preparation and project review

• Compensation: PKR 5,000 per live contact hour, with preparation and project review scope to be finalized separately

• Location: Remote

• Degree requirement: No specific degree or university requirement.
