Job Summary

We are seeking a top-tier, hands-on Senior/Lead Agentic AI & GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions for a telecom client.

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end software engineering and architecture experience, deep expertise in Python and FastAPI, and a proven track record of building and deploying Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions in production environments.

This role requires a highly technical professional who can take AI solutions from concept and architecture through development, integration, deployment, and ongoing optimization. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and clients to translate complex requirements into scalable, production-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise production environments.
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Develop and implement LLM-powered applications using effective prompt engineering and context engineering techniques.
• Design AI agent workflows, orchestration, and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Integrate LLMs and AI agents into existing enterprise applications, services, and production platforms.
• Implement session management, conversational memory, vector search, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval strategies.
• Build multimodal AI workflows and intelligent automation solutions.
• Develop robust, secure, scalable, and maintainable production systems with appropriate monitoring, testing, and error handling.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, and client leadership to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, explain architecture decisions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve AI-powered applications for performance, reliability, and scalability.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience in end-to-end software engineering, system design, and solution architecture.
• Strong expertise in Python development and FastAPI architecture.
• Proven experience building and deploying enterprise-grade production applications and distributed systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in prompt engineering, LLM integration, and context engineering.
• Strong understanding of retrieval strategies, vector databases, semantic search, conversational memory, and session management.
• Hands-on experience building and integrating AI agents and LLM-powered applications into production systems.
• Experience with agent orchestration and conversational workflow frameworks such as LangGraph.
• Understanding of multimodal AI workflows and agentic application architectures.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including API design, debugging, testing, performance optimization, and production support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in client-facing or business-facing technical roles.
• Ability to work independently, make sound architectural decisions, and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agent Foundry or similar enterprise AI agent development platforms.
• Experience developing multimodal AI applications and complex agentic workflows.
• Background in the telecommunications industry, including telecom platforms, systems, or business processes.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale AI deployments and integrating AI capabilities into existing business systems.
• Experience working directly with clients and presenting technical solutions to business and engineering stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an exceptional, hands-on engineer who combines deep software engineering skills with practical, full-lifecycle Agentic AI and GenAI expertise.

The ideal candidate should be capable of architecting solutions, writing production-quality code, implementing AI agent workflows, integrating LLMs, and delivering reliable enterprise applications.

Candidates must demonstrate strong technical depth, excellent communication, and the ability to operate effectively in a client-facing environment.

Telecom experience is a plus but is not mandatory.
