What the Role Entails Join Tencent’s Overseas IT team to build the next-generation AI-driven intelligent operations platform focused on cloud infrastructure and network orchestration.

You will dive deep into cutting-edge AI, DevOps, cloud native and enterprise integration technologies in a fast-paced global work environment, with core responsibilities including: ● Support the development of AI-driven infrastructure operation applications, leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and multi-agent workflows for cloud resource scheduling, infrastructure anomaly detection and network operation optimization ● Assist in building the enterprise knowledge retrieval layer for infrastructure and cloud ops (document cleaning, embedding pipelines, hybrid search) to enable AI-powered decision-making for IT infrastructure management ● Contribute to GraphRAG design integrating CMDB, cloud resource dependency topology, network link mapping and knowledge graph modeling for infrastructure and cloud network scenarios ● Help integrate enterprise-grade cloud and DevOps APIs (ServiceNow, Workday, Microsoft Graph, cloud platform APIs, etc.) to build end-to-end automated infrastructure operation pipelines ● Participate in DevOps full-link practice including AI application testing, CI/CD pipeline automation, cloud infrastructure performance tuning and AIOPS system monitoring ● Collaborate on the development and iteration of AI models for cloud infrastructure anomaly prediction, network traffic analysis and automated operation and maintenance Who We Look For Who We Look For ● Master’s student or recent graduate in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cloud Computing, Network Engineering or related field ● Proficient in at least one backend language (Python / Go / Node.js / Java) with practical experience in cloud infrastructure or network development ● Familiar with modern frontend frameworks (Next.js / Vue / React) and TypeScript for building AIOPS operation and management dashboards ● Solid knowledge of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL) and Git workflows, with an understanding of cloud native data storage for infrastructure scenarios ● In-depth understanding or hands-on project experience with AI apps, RAG, agent frameworks applied to AIOPS, cloud infrastructure or network operations ● Proficiency in DevOps core concepts and tools (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, configuration management) ● Strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate in global cross-functional teams for infrastructure and cloud ops projects ● Basic understanding of cloud network principles, cloud resource orchestration and IT infrastructure operation logic Nice-to-Haves ● Hands-on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Autogen for building AIOPS AI applications ● Proficiency in cloud native and DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Ansible) for infrastructure automation and monitoring ● Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and cloud network services (VPC, load balancing, cloud routing) ● Academic research, open-source, or practical project experience in AIOPS, cloud infrastructure AI optimization, or network AI analytics ● Familiarity with CMDB construction and infrastructure dependency topology modeling ● Experience in performance tuning for cloud-based AI applications and infrastructure operation systems Location State(s) US-California-Palo Alto The expected base pay range for this position in the location(s) listed above is $28.27 to $60.00 per hour.

Actual pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
