Responsibilities

• The Senior Product Manager for AI-Enhanced User Experience will lead user engagement, activation, and value creation through AI-driven experiences across our platform

• You will be accountable for designing interactions that adapt based on user intent, role, and context

• This position encompasses user experience strategy for AI administration and the interaction layer of our AI Assistant, Terry, defining how administrative tasks transition into agentic experiences

• As the owner of the product roadmap, you will spearhead cross-functional collaboration between design, content strategy, and engineering to ensure the delivery of seamless and scalable AI administrative experiences

• Oversee the full user experience for AI-powered administrative capabilities

• Ensure energy, momentum, and clarity throughout AI interactions, from initial use to advanced workflows

• Confirm that AI-driven experiences enhance outcomes without hindering user progress

• Establish where AI administration concludes, and user experience starts across modalities (GUI, CLI, API, IDE, etc.)

• Lead as the product owner for agent interaction models and workflows

• Collaborate with designers and content strategists to define agent behaviors, tone, feedback patterns, and control mechanisms

• Translate user intent into cohesive workflows and experience requirements

• Facilitate collaboration among design, content, engineering, and core teams

• Manage the prioritization and sequencing of tasks to optimize experience quality, technical feasibility, and delivery speed

• Influence outcomes through clarity and alignment within a matrixed organization

• Develop clear, outcome-focused requirements for AI-assisted experiences

• Work alongside engineering to ensure the user experience aligns with agent capabilities and system behaviors
