Responsibilities
- This unique role will encompass executive assistant responsibilities, including providing support and continuity to allow leads to focus on core duties
- Provide executive support to multiple technical research leads across the institute
- Schedule and manage team meetings, reading groups, invited speakers, resource bookings, intern proposals, and timelines
- Meetings, events, and travel organization and support
- Gatekeep on behalf of multiple executives with competing priorities
- Partner with other EAs to adopt best practices across the organization
- Plan team events, such as offsites and social gatherings
- Manage directors' calendars, including university calendars for professors
- Expense reporting and reimbursements
- Organization of administrative documents
- Correspondence and letter writing/submission support
- Oversee the job application review process and recommend improvements
Full Description
The Allen Institute for AI is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the Research team leads. This unique role will encompass executive assistant responsibilities, including providing support and continuity to allow leads to focus on core duties.
