Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Manufacturing AI Leader. The individual in this position will design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions tailored to manufacturing operations and processes.

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing manufacturing workflows, and integrating AI technologies to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance operational decision-making. The leader will also identify opportunities for process automation and train teams on the implementation and use of AI solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Manufacturing, Manufacturing Operations, and Manufacturing Engineering

• Excellent Communication skills for cross-disciplinary team collaboration and translating technical concepts

• Proficiency in designing and delivering Training programs for the adoption of AI and innovation in manufacturing processes

• Proven experience in implementing AI systems in manufacturing environments to support operational efficiency

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop data-driven recommendations

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Engineering, Data Science, or Computer Science

• Familiarity with current trends and tools in AI applications for manufacturing
