Responsibilities

  • Define and own the enterprise-wide Generative AI strategy and roadmap aligning it with key business objectives
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases across various business functions (e.g. operations marketing software development customer service)
  • Evangelize the potential of Generative AI to executive leadership stakeholders and the broader organization
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of our flagship Generative AI program ensuring it is delivered on time within scope and on budget
  • Establish robust governance risk management and performance measurement frameworks for all GenAI initiatives
  • Manage complex dependencies across multiple teams technologies and business units
  • Provide technical direction for the architecture development and deployment of scalable and secure GenAI solutions (e.g.

LLMs Multimodal models RAG systems)

  • Stay at the forefront of GenAI research and emerging technologies evaluating and integrating new tools and methodologies
  • Champion best practices in MLOps / LLMOps model evaluation fine-tuning and responsible AI
  • Build mentor and lead a high-performing multi-disciplinary team of AI / ML engineers data scientists and prompt engineers in Atlanta
  • Foster a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous learning
  • Act as a key attractor for top AI talent to the Atlanta region
  • Act as the primary point of contact for GenAI initiatives effectively communicating progress challenges and results to C-level executives and business partners
  • Collaborate closely with product engineering legal security and compliance teams to ensure responsible and ethical AI development and deployment
