As a Full-Stack Technical Reviewer, you'll assess full-stack engineering candidates through live technical sessions and give a clear, confident view on whether they meet our bar.

You're an experienced engineer judging other engineers — bringing the kind of insight that only comes from having built real software yourself.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Run live technical sessions with full-stack candidates.

• Assess hands-on coding, problem-solving, system design, and how well a candidate explains and defends their own work.

• Tell genuine ability from surface-level or rehearsed answers.

• Form a clear, well-reasoned judgement on a candidate's true level and write it up.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A genuinely senior full-stack engineer who can credibly assess other senior engineers — not a junior reviewing up.

Real production experience (typically 5+ years), strong across modern frontend (e.g. React / TypeScript) and backend (e.g. Node / Python), and fluent in architecture and trade-off reasoning.

• Excellent spoken and written English. You'll run live sessions and write clear assessments, so strong, confident communication is required.

• Comfortable being on camera and recorded — every session is recorded for quality and assessment.

• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential material — you'll handle assessment content and candidate information, and you'll be asked to sign an NDA.

• A reliable setup: stable internet, a working webcam and microphone, and a quiet, private space.

• A sharp, fair interviewer who can read a candidate and keep a session productive — firm where it counts, without rattling a nervous one.

• Reliable, professional, and dependable on the availability you commit to.

• Fair and impartial — you assess on evidence, with no prior relationship to the candidate.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience interviewing or mentoring engineers.

• A dual-monitor setup.

• Exposure to fintech, proptech, or other production-critical domains.

THE SETUP

• Freelance / contract, paid per completed session.

• Flexible: you set your availability; sessions are scheduled around it.

• Remote (Pakistan-based).

• We provide everything you need to run each session — you bring the engineering judgement.
