Build the Cursor + OpenAI of Radiology.

We’re building Voio, the first AI radiology reporter designed to interpret medical images and autocomplete full radiology reports. Powered by in-house frontier models, Voio boosts radiologist productivity and quality across all diseases

Voio is founded by AI x Health faculty at UC Berkeley and UCSF. Our team has built and deployed state-of-the-art healthcare AI for nearly a decade — with AI tools shipped to 60+ hospitals in 30+ countries. Our work spans fundamental innovations in machine learning to prospective clinical trials, and we’ve already built best-in-class foundation models for chest CT — outperforming top models from Google and Microsoft.

We’re on a mission to build both the frontier models and the AI-native workflow that will define the future of radiology. We’re looking for a Founding Engineer who thrives in zero-to-one, breathes AI-native workflows, and can build beautiful, fast, deeply integrated tools for expert users.
