🧠 We’re hiring a Research Scientist, LLM Pretraining — Remote, Full Time

At VRAM AI, we’re building the first decentralized LLM training coordination layer on Sui.

Miners contribute GPU compute across the internet.

Validators verify work in hardware enclaves.

Rewards settle on-chain.

We need someone who lives and breathes language model training to help us push this further.

What you’ll work o...n:

• LLM pretraining and fine-tuning across distributed heterogeneous compute

• Gradient compression and convergence optimization at scale

• Designing training pipelines that work across untrusted, decentralized nodes

• Pushing the protocol from devnet toward production-grade model quality

• Have hands‑on experience training or fine‑tuning large language models

• Are comfortable with distributed training (DeepSpeed, FSDP, or similar)

• Strong Python skills with hands‑on PyTorch or JAX experience

• Are excited about decentralized infrastructure, not just centralized cloud
