• Key Responsibilities*:

• 1. Project & Portfolio Management*

• Manage multiple end-to-end Data, Analytics, and AI projects across clients and geographies.

• Act as hands-on PM for high-visibility or high-risk projects when required.

• Maintain an integrated delivery roadmap aligned with customer goals.

• Track progress against delivery plans, milestones, and KPIs.

• 2. Client & Stakeholder Engagement*

• Act as the single point of contact for client escalations and delivery health.

• Lead executive review meetings and project update sessions.

• Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities through relationship management.

• Ensure a

85% productivity.

• Control budgets with <5% variance from estimates.

• Participate in hiring, training, and mentoring to develop a high-performance team.

• 5. Agile, Automation & Delivery Excellence*

• Promote the adoption of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methodologies.

• Standardize dashboards, reports, and KPI measurement across teams.

• Implement AI-based automation tools for delivery tracking, risk detection, and productivity improvement.

• Drive non-linear delivery models through tools and automation.

• 6. Team Leadership & Culture Building*

• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers for consistent delivery standards.

• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and balanced team culture.

• Promote employee engagement and monitor team morale and satisfaction.

• Must-Have Technical & Professional Skills*:

• 12+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, and AI project delivery

• Proven track record in managing multiple concurrent projects:

• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project management methodologies

• Strong stakeholder and client management skills

• Knowledge of data engineering, AI/ML lifecycle, data governance:

• Hands-on experience in implementing automation and AI-driven delivery processes

• Proficient in tools like JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities

• Nice-to-Have Skills*:

• Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain analytics projects

• Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

• Exposure to Generative AI and AI Ops

• Professional certifications**:PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, CSM (Certified Scrum Master)**
