This is a fully remote, high-impact role for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI/ML principles, cloud platforms, and large-scale system architecture.

You will be instrumental in shaping our client's AI strategy, guiding development teams, and ensuring the successful deployment of advanced AI models and applications.

Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and robust AI/ML solutions across various business domains.

Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to define AI roadmaps and project requirements.

Architect end-to-end AI systems, including data pipelines, model training frameworks, and deployment strategies. Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML tools, technologies, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, cloud AI services).

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML development teams.

Ensure the performance, scalability, security, and reliability of deployed AI solutions.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related fields.

Develop and present technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and proof-of-concepts.

Translate business needs into technical AI requirements and solutions.

Drive innovation by identifying new opportunities for AI application within the organization.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI development processes and best practices.

Manage relationships with external AI technology partners and vendors.

Qualifications: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a specialization in AI/ML development and architecture.

Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale AI/ML models in production environments.

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.

Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and their AI/ML services.

Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).

Strong understanding of MLOps principles and best practices.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
