Key Responsibilities:
Lead and conduct cutting-edge research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related AI fields.

Mentor and guide junior research scientists and engineers.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP research, including relevant academic publications.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of research experience in AI/ML, with a significant focus on NLP.
Proven track record of groundbreaking research and publications in top-tier NLP conferences (e.g., ACL, EMNLP, NAACL) or AI venues. Expertise in deep learning architectures for NLP (e.g., Transformers, RNNs, LSTMs) and proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch. Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, spaCy).
Deep understanding of linguistic principles and computational linguistics.
