We are hiring a graphic designer who uses AI every day to create high-quality online ecommerce designs that sell.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. You must be experienced in online stores, landing pages, digital advertising, and conversion-focused design.

## What you will do

- Design Shopify stores, product pages, landing pages, sales funnels, advertorials, and checkout/upsell pages.
- Create digital advertising graphics for Meta, Google, TikTok, email, and social media.
- Use AI daily for concepts, product images, backgrounds, mockups, layouts, and fast creative variations.
- Produce attractive, mobile-first designs that are clear, persuasive, and focused on sales.
- Work remotely with our marketing and development teams, meet deadlines, and improve designs based on results.

## Requirements

- At least 3 years of professional online/ecommerce design experience. General graphic or print design alone does not qualify.
- A strong portfolio showing actual ecommerce websites, landing pages, funnels, and digital advertising.
- Practical, daily use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Flux, Firefly, or similar.
- Proficiency with Figma and professional graphic design software such as Photoshop or Illustrator.
- Understanding of mobile-first design, clear layouts, and how design influences online conversions.
- Good written and spoken English, reliable internet, and ability to work independently.
- Experience with Shopify, conversion-rate optimization, and AI-assisted production workflows is an advantage.

Mastercard's Operational Intelligence team is building the next generation of data products and AI solutions that help customers access and use operational insights in new ways. As AI agents move from POC to production, their behavior keeps changing in real time: the context they retrieve, the skills they select, how they resolve exceptions. These agents are never really “finished.” They keep learning from production outcomes, so their reliability, safety, and trustworthiness need to be actively operated, not just monitored. That is the job of AI Ops: making sure each agent’s reasoning stays correct, its context stays current, and its behavior stays governed as it learns.

## Role:

- Own end to end production monitoring for one or more AI agents, tracking key metrics, KPIs, accuracy, latency, SLA breaches, guardrail triggers, and out of scope rates through dedicated observability dashboards
- Serve as L1/L2 production support, providing first response monitoring, triage, and escalation to tech teams as new agentic services go live
