We are seeking a curious, analytical, and creative AI Prompt & ResearchAssociate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work on designing, testing, and documenting prompt libraries and conversational flows using Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, Mistral etc. Your work will support the delivery of AI-enhanced digital marketing services and help standardize best practices across our operations.

This is a graduate-level role ideal for someone with an IT degree and a passion for exploring the future of AI, automation, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prompt Design & Iteration

• Create, test, and refine prompt templates tailored to operational use cases, including paid media, content writing, asset curation, marketing automation, customer experience, and content generation.

• Collaborate with product, service, and operations teams to ensure prompts are emotionally intelligent, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

• Help develop standardized workflows for prompt usage across internal and client-facing projects.

AI Research & Evaluation

• Stay up to date with trends and emerging tools in the generative AI space.

• Benchmark and evaluate different AI tools for usability, tone, accuracy, and performance in specific marketing and automation contexts.

• Analyze LLM outputs for tone, safety, bias, and consistency, using product feedback and performance data.

Workflow Prototyping

• Prototype intelligent conversational flows and decision trees to support digital marketing tasks and contact center use cases.

• Identify repeatable tasks that can be improved or automated using LLM-driven solutions.

Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

• Build and maintain a structured prompt library for internal use.

• Develop documentation, usage guides, and best practice playbooks for prompt design and AI tools.

• Contribute to internal knowledge bases to support scalability and consistency.

• Create case studies and share learnings across social media networks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, automation, content, and design) to integrate prompt-driven tools into broader workflows.

• Collaborate across departments to identify needs, iterate on use cases, and align prompt strategy with business goals.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Deep curiosity about generative AI, prompt design, and the future of human-AI interaction.

• Creative thinker with a structured, analytical mindset.

• Strong research and documentation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.

• Exposure to tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Notion AI, Zapier, Airtable, or other no-code/low-code AI platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with marketing automation or digital marketing workflows is an advantage.

• Bonus: Interest in customer experience, marketing technology, or AI-driven content creation.
