About Zoom My Life Health AI

Zoom My Life Health AI is building a secure, intelligent mobile and web platform designed to help people better understand, organize and manage their health information.

Our vision is to make personalized health support more accessible across countries, languages and healthcare systems.

The platform will be built with Flutter for mobile and web and Firebase and Google Cloud for backend services.

We are seeking a highly hands-on Founding Software Lead to transform this vision into a secure, scalable and production-ready global platform.

This is not a conventional engineering-management position.

During the early stage, you will personally architect, code, test and deploy the product while helping define company strategy, product priorities and the future engineering organization.

What You Will Own

• Architect and develop Flutter applications for iOS, Android and web.

• Design a secure Firebase and Google Cloud backend using Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions or Cloud Run, Storage, messaging and related services.

• Build authentication, consent, user-profile, health-data, notification and administrative workflows.

• Establish scalable data models, APIs, authorization controls, audit trails, rate limits and monitoring.

• Prepare the platform for significant user growth through load testing, performance engineering, caching, observability and cloud-cost management.

• Build responsible AI capabilities with model evaluation, safety guardrails, human escalation, output monitoring and clear user disclosures.

• Prevent sensitive health information from being exposed through logs, analytics, crash reports or unauthorized third-party services.

• Implement privacy and security by design, including encryption, least-privilege access, data minimization, retention, export and deletion.

• Help prepare the product for applicable requirements such as HIPAA, GDPR, health-data breach rules and medical-device regulations.

• Design for international deployment with localization, multilingual support, accessibility, jurisdiction-specific consent and data-residency considerations.

• Evaluate healthcare interoperability using standards such as HL7 FHIR.

• Establish CI/CD, automated testing, code review, backup, disaster-recovery and incident-response processes.

• Recruit and lead future mobile, backend, AI, QA, DevOps and security engineers.

• Participate in product strategy, investor demonstrations, fundraising, technical partnerships and due diligence.

What We Are Looking For

• Typically 7+ years of professional software-engineering experience, with exceptional candidates evaluated based on demonstrated accomplishments.

• At least 3 years of substantial production experience with Flutter and Dart.

• Strong production experience with Firebase and Google Cloud.

• Experience personally shipping mobile or web products used by external customers.

• Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, databases, distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.

• Experience building systems that handle sensitive or regulated information.

• Practical knowledge of authentication, authorization, encryption, secrets management, monitoring and secure development.

• Experience integrating AI or large-language-model capabilities into production applications.

• Ability to remain highly hands-on and write production code during the company’s early stage.

• Strong written communication, documentation and technical decision-making skills.

• Experience with digital health, healthcare IT, fintech or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.

• Experience with HIPAA, GDPR, FHIR, medical-device software or healthcare integrations is an advantage.

• Previous technical co-founder, founding engineer or early-stage startup experience is highly valued.

Compensation and Founder Structure

This is an equity-first technical founder opportunity.

No cash salary is currently available.

The selected candidate will receive founder equity, subject to an agreed equity range, vesting schedule, intellectual-property assignment, commitment level and formal founder agreements.

Cash compensation is planned after a defined financing or revenue milestone but is not guaranteed until formally approved and funded.

Candidates should independently evaluate the financial and professional risks associated with joining a pre-funding startup.
