Role Description:

•  This is a full-time, on-site position for an AI Protein Scientist at AILSI in Hong Kong SAR.

•  The ideal candidate will leverage artificial intelligence techniques to design and optimize proteins, contributing to our projects in drug development and therapeutics.

•  The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Utilize AI and machine learning algorithms to design and optimize protein structures for therapeutic applications.

•  Conduct research projects that integrate computational modeling with experimental validation.

•  Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and inform protein design strategies.

•  Collaborate with biologists, chemists, and computational scientists to advance protein engineering initiatives.

•  Develop and refine computational tools for protein structure prediction and design.

•  Stay current with advancements in AI and protein science, applying new techniques to ongoing projects.

•  Communicate findings through presentations, reports, and publications in scientific journals.

• Qualifications:

•  Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, or a related field.

•  Strong background in protein science and experience with protein modeling.

•  Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

•  Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).

•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

•  Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $30,000.00 per month
