Full Description

Position: Political Analyst

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Work with AI researchers to train, evaluate, and refine AI models in political analysis.

• Assess model outputs for accuracy, neutrality, and contextual depth .

• Provide expert feedback on how AI interprets political processes, institutions, and global events .

• Design and review scenario-based evaluations (e.g., diplomacy, elections, conflict, policy outcomes).

• Participate in collaboration sessions (4 hours, 2–3 times per week) to share insights and improve model reasoning.

Requirements

• Advanced degree or strong professional background in Political Science, International Relations, Public Policy, or Area Studies .

• Deep knowledge of political theory, comparative politics, governance systems, and global policy frameworks .

• Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods .

• Experience in policy analysis, risk assessment, or international relations is a plus.

• Strong analytical writing and reasoning skills .

• Availability for 20–30 hours per week , including synchronous sessions.
