Job Description

We are expanding our Asset Management Referral Partner Network and looking for well-connected individuals in the real estate industry.

As a Referral Partner, you will introduce landlords, property owners, and investors to our suite of AI-powered asset management services .

Your role is to leverage your network to identify potential clients and guide them toward our proven strategies for maximizing rental yields, optimizing portfolios, and securing top-tier sale prices.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify Prospective Clients: Connect property owners and investors to our AI-driven asset management solutions.

• Promote Our Services: Clearly communicate the benefits of our Portfolio Optimization , Property Management , and AI-Driven Research offerings.

• Maintain Relationships: Serve as a bridge between clients and our team, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing communication.

• Collaborate with Our Experts: Work closely with our research, analytics, and property management teams to provide clients with the best insights and services.

Compensation

• 15% Referral Fee on successfully closed contracts

• Recurring Commission for ongoing property management or future portfolio expansions
