As an Engagement Manager, you will lead high-impact projects that meet client expectations and achieve desired business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive AI consulting engagements that meet client expectations and achieve desired businessoutcomes.

• Establish deep relationships with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, and provide trusted advice on AI-enabled solutions.

• Analyze complex data sets to uncover valuable insights that drive strategic recommendations for AI roadmaps, operating models, and technology decisions.

• Lead diverse teams of data engineers, AI/ML experts, business analysts, and client personnel to deliver AI solutions within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and executive sponsors to manage expectations and gain buy-in.

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure AI solutions are architected for scalability, security, and ethical AI principles.

• Develop AI strategy deliverables, implementation blueprints, and effective presentations to communicate findings to leadership.

• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their consulting, AI, and leadership capabilities.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI solution development and implementation.

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing within AI consulting teams.

Requirements:

• Fluent Arabic and English language skills.

• 5-7 years of management/strategy consulting experience, including 2-3 years as an Engagement Manager or equivalent role.

• Expertise in AI/ML technologies, data engineering, cloud architecture, and software development life cycles.

• MBB consulting experience.

• Able to structure and solve ambiguous, data-driven business problems.

• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.

• Proven project management skills with experience leading cross-functional, global teams.

• Able to travel as required to support client engagements.

• Bachelor's degree from a top-rated university; graduate degree or MBA preferred.
