AI Consulting Manager

The AI Consulting Manager is an AI Strategist responsible for defining, communicating, and governing the long-term vision of clients for Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives across the enterprise.

This role translates cutting-edge advancements in AI / GenAI and new specialized tools into a clear, ethical, and high-value business roadmap that drives competitive advantage and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy, Vision, and Planning

Develop the AI Roadmap:

Assisting clients to define a comprehensive, multi-year AI/ML strategy, focusing on integrating AI tools, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation into client's core business functions to achieve strategic objectives.

Opportunity Sourcing:

Assisting clients to identify, evaluate, and perform Value Realization Analysis for high-impact AI use cases, particularly leveraging LLMs, multi-modal AI, and agentic systems for strategic decision-making and creative output.

Tool Ecosystem Evaluation:

Assisting clients to track continuously and assess the market for specialized and commercial AI platforms, including low-code/no-code integration tools and novel Generative AI services making strategic build vs.

Business Transformation:

Partner with client executive leadership to automate workflows and business models around AI-native solutions, driving an AI-First transformational mindset.

Governance and Risk Management

Responsible AI Framework:

Recommend, help clients to establish and lead AI governance, ethical guardrails, and compliance structures to ensure transparency, fairness, and bias mitigation across all AI consulting projects.

Investment Prioritization:

Recommend and assist clients in managing their AI initiatives, allocating budget and resources based on strategic alignment, potential ROI, and ethical risk profile.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

• Master's degree in business administration (MBA), Computer Science, Data Science from reputed Universities.

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in strategy consulting, innovation, or a senior management role.

• At least 2 years of dedicated experience developing and implementing organization-wide AI/ML strategies and roadmaps.

Skills and Competencies

Generative AI Strategy:

Expert in understanding of client's business, data and application architecture, ethical risks, and commercial viability of LLMs, multimodal AI, and specialized tools.

Strategic Influence:

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex AI concepts and present their business implications to C-level and executive audiences.

Ecosystem Awareness:

Strong familiarity with the capabilities and limitations of modern AI development tools and platforms, from cloud services to agile integration layers.
