Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level manufacturing clients
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach and networking
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Prepare price quote presentations for owned opportunities to decision makers
  • Present Abagy’s AI-powered robotic welding solutions to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with engineering and implementation teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract execution
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular forecasting updates
  • Travel up to 30% to visit clients, attend industry events, and conduct on-site demos

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Sales Representative with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales—ideally within robotics, welding, or industrial automation.

The ideal candidate will be a true hunter, passionate about identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic relationships.

A strong understanding of robotics systems and arc welding applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level manufacturing clients

· Actively prospect, qualify, and build a robust sales pipeline through outbound outreach and networking

· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
