As a Sales & Customer Success Specialist, you will be the bridge between our product and our users: driving sales, guiding new clients through onboarding, and ensuring every customer gets lasting value from our platform.

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Growth

• Identify, reach out to, and convert leads (individuals, agencies, and SMBs) into paying customers.

• Present live demos showing how Alweb.ai simplifies website creation, SEO, and digital marketing.

• Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and renewal.

• Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead-nurturing strategies.

Customer Support & Retention

• Provide fast, empathetic support through chat, email, or phone.

• Onboard new customers, helping them publish and optimize their websites successfully.

• Collect feedback, spot improvement opportunities, and escalate feature requests to the product team.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively prevent churn by engaging at key moments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer success, or SaaS support (preferably in tech or website-building platforms).

• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English — written and spoken.

• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and ticketing systems.

• Passion for helping customers succeed and achieving measurable growth targets.

• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
