Qualifications

• 4+ years of applied research experience

• 3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experience

• PhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experience

• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language

• Experience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning

• Influence the teams technical strategy by making insightful contributions to the teams priorities, approach and planning

• Mentor junior team members and participate in hiring

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Affinity Applied Scientist to join our Machine Learning Accelerator team in the Amazon Selling Partner Services (SPS) group.

As an Applied Scientist, you will research and prototype Machine Learning applications that solve strategic business problems across SPS domains.
