Qualifications

• Strong technical and business background to facilitate high-level engagements with startups, enterprises, and AWS partners

• In-depth knowledge of compute infrastructure, ML frameworks, orchestration layers, and MLOps

• 8+ years of experience in technology domain areas such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering

• 3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructures

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience

• Expertise in building, validating, and deploying GenAI models and applications

• Hands-on experience with performance benchmarking on GPU, TPU, or AI ASICs

• 5+ years of experience with distributed training and inference frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

• Experience in deploying large language models using Kubernetes

• Knowledge of MLOps tools for model lifecycle management

• In this role, you will engage directly with product owners to influence product direction and support our customers in exploring new markets through the integration of GenAI with AWS services

• Collaborate with various GenAI model producers, conducting performance evaluations and creating innovative demos and proof-of-concepts for GenAI applications

• Developing top-tier cloud-based solutions to advance the GenAI business

• Working closely with product and field teams, customers, and third-party model providers to empower new capabilities for GenAI workloads on AWS

• Conducting market sizing and building an opportunity pipeline while gathering technical requirements for proof-of-concepts (POCs)

• Creating training content for field teams and driving thought-leadership initiatives

• Driving the GTM plan for scaling GenAI on AWS, directly engaging with customers to understand and solve their business challenges

• Collaborating with account teams, research scientists, and product teams to foster effective model implementations and innovative solutions

Join our elite Generative AI Models team and play a pivotal role in assisting our customers in building and deploying cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) models, enabling various industry applications.

In this role, you will engage directly with product owners to influence product direction and support our customers in exploring new markets through the integration of GenAI with AWS services.

Collaborate with various GenAI model producers, conducting performance evaluations and creating innovative demos and proof-of-concepts for GenAI applications.
