About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Robotics System Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and improving our control software stack, working closely with our team to design and deploy software for robot motion control.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software for robot motion control, ensuring it meets our high standards of quality and performance.">

• Collaborate with our team to understand the current control software stack and propose incremental improvements.">

• Design and develop intuitive APIs that balance the needs of different stakeholders.">

• Bring hands-on experience of software and hardware debugging of complex robotics systems.">

• Evaluate the impact of different solution methods on system performance, particularly with respect to timing and resource constraints.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

• A Master's or Ph.D. in robotics or a related field (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent industry experience.">

• Demonstrated experience writing software for robot control on hardware.">

• Strong understanding of ROS2 and experience working on complex software stacks as part of a team.">

• Familiarity with documentation and project management tools such as Confluence and Jira is an asset.">

• Knowledge of ros2_control is an asset.">
